About the Magazine

A quiet publication about digital health and everyday care.

Hiljainen Terveys — "Quiet Health" — is an independent Finnish editorial magazine. We publish long-form articles about digital health, preventive care, patient resources, nutrition, mental wellbeing and healthy ageing.

We were founded in 2019 by a small desk of Finnish journalists and clinicians who wanted a slower, calmer place to write about health. We publish monthly. We do not run advertising. We do not accept sponsored content.

Our writing is educational. We do not provide medical advice. Readers with health questions are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The magazine is not affiliated with Omakanta, Kela, Kanta Services or any Finnish government authority.
